Eric Davis
Eric Davis is Co-CEO and a member of the Board at Flamingo, where he leads everything from technology and manufacturing to brand strategy, business development, and supply chain. He brings a hands-on, inventive mindset to every corner of the company; always pushing for better ideas, better products, and better experiences.

Eric is a prolific inventor, with more than 75 U.S. and international patents to his name. He earned his first outboard motor patent at just 13 years old, and he’s been building and rethinking how things work ever since.
Though he left engineering school early to pursue entrepreneurship, he never stopped learning, experimenting, or improving. Whether it’s re-imagining a pontoon hull, designing for real user needs, or streamlining manufacturing, Eric brings a customer-first, out-of-the-box approach to everything he touches.
On weekends, you'll usually find him cheering on his kids at a ski tournament, gymnastics meet, or hockey game; still full throttle, just in the stands.
