[Grafton, WI] — June 10, 2026 — Flamingo Marine has officially entered series production with the shipment of its first customer ROVE 245 pontoon boats, marking a major milestone in the company’s transition from product development to scaled manufacturing and delivery.
The milestone follows an incredibly successful national boat show season throughout Q1, where Flamingo and its founding dealer network introduced the ROVE platform to customers across the United States.
Alongside the production launch, Flamingo announced an expanded leadership structure designed to support long-term growth, operational scale, and dealer success. Adam McCall has been appointed Chairman and CEO. Co-founders Brian Davis and Eric Davis will transition into leadership roles focusing on Sales, Marketing & Service and Design & Engineering, respectively.
The announcements were shared during a company and dealer meeting held May 08 live from Flamingo’s new 233,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin, where leadership outlined the company’s production roadmap, operational milestones, and continued investment in building a dealer-forward premium marine brand.
Leadership Built for the Next Chapter
Adam McCall, Chairman & CEO
McCall brings extensive experience across marine design and manufacturing, retail operations, and dealer development. His appointment reflects Flamingo’s commitment to building an organization where premium product experience and dealer partnership operate as one integrated system.
“Pontoon customers have been seeking a disruptive product, where there is just as much pride in pulling up to the sandbar as there is in thoughtful design and performance,” said McCall. “Our dealers have been seeking a pontoon boat company that builds products customers truly fall in love with, while making every step, from ordering to inventorying much more seamless. That’s the standard we’re building at Flamingo."
McCall emphasized that Flamingo’s next phase will focus equally on operational excellence, product consistency, and helping dealers deliver a more refined and intentional ownership experience.

Founders Continue Customer Experience, Engineering and Brand Vision
Brian Davis, Co-Founder, Sales, Marketing & Service
Eric Davis, Co-Founder, Design & Engineering
Brian and Eric Davis will continue focusing on the areas that have defined Flamingo since inception: product innovation, dealer relationships, customer experience, and long-term brand vision.
“My father, brother, and I started Flamingo because we believed pontoon buyers deserved something fundamentally better,” said Brian Davis. “Not simply another boat with more features, but a product intentionally designed around how people spend their time on the water together. What is most exciting about Flamingo is the ability to build teams and partnerships, while disrupting what everyone else thought was good enough. The pontoon segment is so rewarding because it brings our customers' families together on the water. That's what we're building Flamingo around."
“We designed the Wings before we designed the hull,” said Eric Davis. “That tells you everything about how we think. Every decision started with the same question: what creates a truly exceptional day on the water? From the way the boat moves through the water, to how sound is experienced equally from every seat, to spaces that transform throughout the day, everything is engineered to maximize the quality of time people spend together.”
Engineered for Scalable Quality
Flamingo’s newly built 233,000-square-foot Wisconsin facility was designed from the beginning around scalable premium production principles more commonly found in advanced automotive manufacturing than traditional marine assembly.
The facility incorporates robotic welding systems, digitally controlled manufacturing workflows, unibody-inspired structural construction methods, and production-line engineering optimized to reduce complexity, improve consistency, and minimize room for variation.
Unlike many traditional pontoon manufacturers that evolved incrementally over decades, the ROVE platform was engineered from a clean sheet with production scalability, structural integrity, quality consistency, and long-term reliability integrated into the product architecture from day one.
Leadership emphasized that the objective is not simply higher volume, but a more refined manufacturing system capable of delivering repeatable precision, shorter lead times, improved fit-and-finish consistency, and a better ownership experience for customers and dealers alike.
The ROVE by Flamingo
The ROVE is Flamingo’s premium pontoon platform, developed around the belief that time on the water should feel effortless, relaxed and incredibly fun.
At the center of the product is Flamingo’s integrated feature philosophy, a suite of innovations designed to maximize the quality of time spent on the water.
The system includes:
GeminiTable: A transformable bow lounge that seamlessly adapts from dining, to entertaining, to lounging throughout the day while creating more meaningful face-to-face interaction onboard.
ServingShields: Convertible windshield and serving surfaces that provide individual wind protection when needed and additional entertaining space when not.
MegaLounge: A reconfigurable lounge designed to move with the rhythm of the day, creating flexible luxury seating for families and groups.
Wings: Deployable side platforms that expand usable deck space by up to 50%, creating more room to relax, gather, swim, and socialize on the water.
FlexStorage: Integrated storage solutions designed around real boating behavior, keeping gear, tubes, boards, and essentials organized, protected, and out of the way.
PrismaRide: Flamingo’s proprietary foam-filled Prismatic Triple Hull system engineered to deliver a quieter, smoother, and more confident ride. Designed so conversations continue at cruising speed, dynamic riding, and families feel more comfortable in changing conditions.
